CAN Connect registration fees are fully refundable through August 12. Cancellations received after August 12 will be assessed the following fees:
- Company Cancellation - no refund on any delegate registration fees
- Delegate Cancellation - full registration fee will be refunded less $100
- No-show meeting (resellers) $50 per meeting
On behalf of the Board of Directors and CAN’s staff we recognize circumstances surrounding COVID-19 are changing rapidly and there are many unknowns for all of us. It is too soon to know how long these challenges will continue or what the long-term impact will be. We remain committed to supporting our members through this challenging time.  
 
While many members and event organizers have made the decision to cancel or postpone their events, we are forging ahead with our planning for 2020 CAN Connect. Current information suggests restrictions will be lifted and activities will resume this summer. Our hope is the CAN Connect event will be the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your valuable partners in September. This event may be a vital and timely resource for all CAN members as recovery from this uncharted challenge begins.  
 
If you plan to attend 2020 CAN Connect, we ask that you register now to help with on-going planning efforts. If you have concerns about making this commitment, please know that CAN has always allowed for delayed billing, and any payments made will be fully refundable if the situation changes. Currently our website states any cancellations are fully refundable through August 12; however, the Board will be reviewing this date as necessary.

As the Board of Directors continues to monitor the situation, we remain committed to delivering a valuable event and promise to communicate any changes that might be necessary.
