Featured Exhibitors' Hall                                

The Featured Exhibitors' Hall is designed to provide manufacturers an optional exhibit opportunity to meet attending resellers who may be interested in their product line. It is an excellent venue for new manufacturers to debut at the event and returning members to showcase products and/or connect with new distribution partners.  

Who comes to the Featured Exhibitors' Hall:
 - This is a COMPULSORY meeting for all reseller participants.
 - Five (5) or more resellers scheduled per each hour time slot
 - Manufacturer Sales Representatives & Media

The details:
 - Monday event only | 8:00 a.m. - 5:10 p.m.
 - $1000 Featured Exhibitors' Hall fee
    (delegate registration fees, meeting fees & nightly room fees not included)
 - Company sets up a trade show booth
 - 10 ft x 10 ft spot assigned by registration date
 - Located inside a ballroom
 - Two (2) 6 ft draped tables and two (2) chairs provided
 - Space number available on Sunday, September 9
 - Setup Sunday 9:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m.
 - ALL signs and banners must be hung by Embassy staff

 - Power, extension cords and power strips available for a $20-$40 per item fee 
  (for detailed fees and information, contact: Embassy | Becky Zendejas by August 30) 
 - Booth and all property removed by Monday 10:00 p.m.
Featured Exhibitors' participate in the Featured Exhibitors' Hall on Monday and then private meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday. A Featured Exhibitor has the option to schedule private meetings in their suite on Monday as well, provided their exhibit booth is manned.

Resellers may not be taken off the exhibit floor for private meetings during their scheduled meeting time on Monday.

Once your CAN issued meeting schedule is officially released, any changes or additions are at your discretion.
